FROZEN BAR (LIKE SNICKERS) (WW stands for weight watchers recipes) 

12 oz. WW vanilla or chocolate ice cream

1 c. Cool Whip or “Feather Weight”

1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter

1 box dry sugar free instant chocolate or butterscotch pudding 

Soften ice cream. Mix all ingredients together. Put in an 8×8 inch dish and freeze. Makes 4 servings. 

 

WW EXCHANGE USING FEATHER WEIGHT:

1 fruit

1/2 milk 

1 protein 

1 fat 

If using Cool Whip, add 45 option calories to the above.
