FRIED TATERS WITH OLD BAY SEASONING

Slice your potatoes in wedges about the same thickness

you need a large skillet.. heat some veg oil in the skillet, it has to get hot..

shake on some old bay seasoning, salt and pepper

mix with  hands well and add a tad of oil, mix again with hands

drop into the hot oil

sprinkle a touch of garlic powder

use spatula to turn potatoes, fry them crisp, center should be soft and outside crisp.. you may have to adjust heat setting several times.

Enjoy your seasoned fries .. goes great with Roasted Chicken, seasoned with Old Bay.

my chicken took two hours at 375 to roast.. I used old bay seasoning, soul seasoning, pepper, basil and butter on the outside, inside the cavity, I put a whole small sliced onion, 1 whole lemon sliced, 1/2 stick butter. and I put water in the bottom of the broiler pan to steam the chicken and keep it moist. after the top browned I put aluminum foil on top of my chicken to keep her from browning more as the inside continued to cook.. the result was a beautiful juicy, moist tasty chicken.
