Egg McMuffin sandwiches for busy mornings:

Lightly grease muffin tins + crack one egg in each well.

Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.

 

Assemble: whole wheat English muffins + egg + cheese + Canadian bacon/ham/sausage, wrap and freeze.

    Michelle Bolt Riffe this I will have to try I have turykey sausage the muffins and egg and cheese this would be a great quick breakfast and I like how the eggs are going to be cooked here it should fit quite nice on the muffin

    I’ve done this with Spam. I have a Spam cutter that gives me uniforms slices, and I don’t mine that the square corners stick out from the sandwich. Also, I brown the Spam a bit before I use it.

    i made them this morning with turkey sausage and lowfat cheese for breakfast this morning and they were great!
