This is an old hand written recipe I found.. I decided to give it a try.. I had never saw a recipe where you mixed your squares of chocolate with water.. I was skeptical.. it turned out nice except for the center of my cake did sink a bit but not too bad,  and I did use a larger pan than called for so that could be some of it.  Also it is very moist.. the icing I will use again for other recipes.. it was easy and tasty and can be made thick or thin..I did add vanilla to it even though the icing didn’t call for it.
