Aunt Shelia’s Messy but good CROCK POT PORK CHOPS

Crock-pot

Add pork chops boneless is better cause you don’t have to pick out bones but I have done with bones too..

add pepper

and add just a little water, (not too much water or it will be too mushy)

let them cook  with lid on and high till almost falls apart

should be about 1 cup of liquid in the Crock pot at this point if more then ladle some of it out.

add 1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)

let cook a little longer…

now add 2 tabs of butter  (about 2 lg Tbsp, I just pinch the end off a stick) mix in well with water and drippings from meat with fork

Take 1 whole box of Chicken flavored Stove top dressing, pour over top

take fork or spoon and gently moisten dressing by folding the dressing into the pork chop mixture..

turn off crock pot and serve with mashed potatoes and rolls and peas.
