Creamy Chicken Casserole 

3 cups cooked chicken; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 8 oz of sour cream, 2 tsp poppy seeds; 40 buttery type crackers, crushed (I use Ritz) and 1/4 cup butter or margerine, melted. 

Combine first four ingredients and spoon into lightly greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at350 degrees for 30 minutes.
