Creamy Baked Ziti
4 cups uncooked ziti
1 jar ragu 26 ounce size
1 can diced tomatoes,undrained (i used some that were “italian flavored)
6 ounces Cream Cheese, (I used the whole 8 oz pkg)
3/4 cup sour cream
1 8 oz pkg shredded Mozzarella Cheese (there is one now, I think Kraft that has cream cheese in it, I used that one)
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Heat over to 375
Cook pasta as directed on box, dont add salt. Remove from pan; drain. Meanwhile, add Ragu, tomatoes, and cream cheese to the same pan; cook on medium heat for 5 min or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Return the past and mix well.
Layer half the pasta mix in 13×9 dish; cover with layers of sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella and remaining parmesan.
Bake 20 min or until heated.
Yummy dish with leftovers!
