Cream De Mint Brownies

2 sticks butter (room temp)
2 cups sugar
cream together
add 4 eggs
add 1 tsp vanilla

in separate bowl add 3/4 c cocoa,
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

add dry mix to wet gradually till well blended
do not over mix or brownies will be tough

add in batter 1 10 oz bag cream de mint chocolates.

pour in 13x9x2 buttered pan at 350 degrees for 25 min.

make topping…

 

Cream de Mint Glaze
2 c confectionary sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 stick butter melted
blend with mixer
add tbsp milk

add 1 tsp vanilla extract

grated cream de mint candies to mix

pour glaze over brownies let set before cutting.
