CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
3 STICKS BUTTER
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
SOFTEN CHEESE AND BUTTER AND CREAM TOGETHER.
ADD 3 CUPS SUGAR AND MIX WELL

ADD 6 EGGS—1 AT A TIME
MIX WELL WITH MIXER
ADD::
3 CUPS PLAIN FLOUR
PINCH SALT
2 TSP VANILLA
1 TSP RUM,ALMOND OR WHATEVER FLAVORING YOU WANT.
BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 1 ½ HRS.
RUN KNIFE AROUND OUTSIDE OF CAKE AS SOON AS YOU TAKE IT FROM THE OVEN. COOL ABOUT 20 MINUTES THEN REMOVE FROM PAN
