Drop Lobster in boiling water.
Remove when they float.
Run under cold water so you can hold in your hand.
With large knife, split the back down the middle.
Pull tails out of shell, discard shell, rinse under water to remove any shell particles.
Lay in broiler middle cut side toward flame.
Brush with butter.
Cook until translucency turns to white opaque.
Sprinkle with Paprika.
Serve with lemon & melted butter.
Lobster, scalloped potatoes with broccoli cauliflower mushroom veggie stir fry.
