My friend John made this and with the weather it is perfect.

Cold Weather Stew!!!

2 lb Lean ground beef
1 lg Onion — chopped
1 c Water — divided
1 cn Tomatoes, cut-up
1 pk Frozen corn — 16 oz
1/2 Package Small Carrots
3 md Potatoes — cubed
1 c Salsa
1 ts Salt — optional
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Lemon Pepper
2 tb All-purpose flour
Use your dutch oven , brown beef and onion; drain. Add 3/4 cup water and all remaining ingredients except flour. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Add last ¼ cup water. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Combine flour and remaining water; stir into stew. Cook and stir until boiling and slightly thickened. Makes 6 large servings.
