CHOCOLATE MINT TRUFFLE COOKIES

Here’s the recipe. I just took out the mint chips from Nestle’s Dark Chocolate & Mint Chips, melt to drizzle after the cookies have completely cooled.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cups baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 bag Mint Truffle Hershey’s Kisses
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl beat until creamy the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
Roll dough into 1.5 inch balls and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are puffed and the centers are set.
While cookies are baking, unwrap mint truffle Hershey’s kisses. Eat a few. It’s good luck.
When the cookies are done, immediately place a Hershey’s kiss in the center of each one.
Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
