2 Cups milk chocolate chips

2 Cups butterscotch chips

2 1/2 Cups dry-roasted peanuts (optional)

4 Cups chow mein noodles

1/4 cup shredded coconut

couple scrapes of parafin wax (optional just helps gloss chocolate as it melts)

Directions:

Butter a 9×13 inch dish.

Measure out your ingredients

Place chips in double boiler over simmering water, Melt 

with paraffin wax.




Remove from heat and using large rubber spatula take chocolate mixture




and put over in to large bowl with noodles and  stir in peanuts.



Stir until all is well coated.



use same rubber spatula to put into and press into prepared dish.



can leave like this or sprinkle choc chips peanuts and coconut VERY lightly.. then….Chill until set; (freezer will do double time)  cut into squares (I use sharp pizza cutter)
