SERENA’S BEEF LO MEIN

take a whole small onion or half of a large onion, 3 celery stalks with leaves, 2 cloves of garlic and about 2 Tbsp of green pepper and chop up and add to a heavy pot with a half a stick of butter

stir with wooden spoon as not to burn your garlic as it cooks.

Now add you some spaghetti noodles to a pot of salted boiling water

Add to your celery mixture a 1 lb bag of broccoli with carrots

get out another pot and add half stick of butter and add you a whole package of thinly sliced beef (the kind you buy for steak hoagies)  add salt and pepper well

add another half stick of butter to veggies and salt and  pepper well.. stir

add THREE tbsp of white granulated sugar to the veggies

add two cans of chicken broth to the veggies

add one tsp of soy sauce to veggies

you meat should be cooked now.. add the meat and all drippings to the veggie pot

to a cup add 2-3 tbsp of cornstarch and mix with a small amount of water just till liquified and add to the stock

take out spaghetti noodles before they get too soft.. (aldente) and add them to your now simmering pot of vegetable beef stock

stir and sprinkle heavily with parmesan cheese and stir again

toss well to coat the noodles  in the thick sauce

SERVE IT UP HOT
