Tomato Soup

4 Cups Chopped Tomato
1 3/4  Cups Chopped Onion
3 Stalks Chopped Celery
2  Bay Leafs
Cook till Celery and Onion are soft

Run through Food Mill adding all of it juice and all

1 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
4 Tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Melt 3/4 Cup Flour (1 1/2 Stick) Butter in pan over Low Heat,Sift in 3/4 Cup Flour
Make a Paste then Add 2 Cups of your Juice,stirring well.Then Add this back to your remaining juice.

Heat till Warm
Put in Hot Jars and Process in a Hot Water Bath for 45 min or pressure for 25 minutes at 10 lbs pressure
