CAJUN FRIED TROUT

I use a lot of different concoctions.,. sometimes let the fish set in milk first, but these were so fresh I just had them sitting in water after they were cleaned.. Then I put some oil in my chicken fryer got it sizzling hot and in a large bowl I added some self rising flour, a dash of pepper,some cajun batter, and sprinkle a little old bay seasoning if you want,.. fry drain on slotted roaster
