    I sauteed some oniones diced fine in a good amount of butter.I did not measure anything. then I mixed some seasoned bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and a very small amount of an italian shreded cheese mix
    that comes in a bag. (sorry i jumped down) I heated the oven to 475. I put a good amount of the butter onion oh yeah I had some minced garlic in this, well I spooned in in with the oysters heavy. Then sprinkled the bread crumb mixture on top. I baked just till starting to brown on top and the butters bubbly. I served with lemon wedges and hot sauce….they were yummy…
