Baked Apples – Crock-Pot

Serves: 6

6 to 8 apples, washed and cored

2 tablespoons raisins or chopped dates
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

Mix raisins and sugar fill center of apples.
Sprinkle cinnamon and dot with butter.
Put in Crock-Pot add 1/2 c water.
Cover cook on Low 7 to 9 hour [High: 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours].
