3/4 cup veg oil
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 box of lemon cake mix
1 cup of apricot nectar
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Topping:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Massage into cake
I got this recipe from a customer. I know it smelled good when she took it out of the oven. I didn’t get to try it thought because I was in a hurry. The recipe sounds easy enough though. Enjoy!
