‎2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 Tsp Allspice
1 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 c Sugar
1 c Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
4 cups “mixed kind” Diced Apples

glaze:
mixture of heavy cream and confectioners sugar

Sift together dry ingredients. Blend oil eggs and vanilla. Gradually stir into flour mixture.. Add Apples and nuts Mixture will be VERY stiff.
Spray bunt pan with BAKERS JOY… then pour batter in pan.. then sprinkle heavily a mixture of cinn and sugar over top, will make a lovely bottom crust… Bake 1 hour at 325-350 turn out onto plate and pour glaze over top.
