How to make a Chocolate Shell

take chocolate and melt on double boiler

you need 24 liners paint the liners with the chocolate.. don’t skimp.. do it heavily or they will be brittle and will break when peeling

put in cupcake tin for more structured look

OR

in a pan for more whimsical open look

put the pan in freezer to set up

take out and very very carefully peel off paper and put onto plate and into fridge until ready to use for your desserts

I used mine for a Ice Cream Cupcake… (recipe posted on this website)
