1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c v oil
4 eggs
1 bottle 10oz 7-up
1 box pineapple or vanilla instant pudding
Combine cake mix oil eggs 7-up beat well till light and fluffy pour into a lightly greased pan preheat oven 350 bake for 40 min remove
Cover immediately with Pineapple icing
Topping –
3 eggs beaten 1 stick of butter
1 1/2 c white sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 c coconut
1 c crushed pineapple
Raisins (optional)
Make pudding
Blend sugar and flour then combine with beaten eggs butter and pineapple cook stir constantly till thickened remove from heat and add coconut stir pour over cake while hot put in fridge keep cool
