WEIGHT WATCHERS KEY LIME PIE 

1/4 cup *water

1 (1/3 ounce) package *sugar-free lime gelatin*

2 (6 ounce) containers *fat-free key lime yogurt*

1 (8 ounce) container *fat-free cool whip
1 keebler *reduced fat graham cracker crust

 

 

1. In microwave-safe measuring cup, heat water on high (100% power)

for 45 seconds to 1 and 1/2 min or until boiling.

2. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved.

3. In large bowl, whisk together gelatin mixture and yogurt.

4. Fold in whipped cream.

5. Carefully spread in crust.

6. Refridgerate at least 4 hours or until set.

7. Garnish as desired.

8. 160 calories & 3.5 grams fat per serving.
