WV WONDER CAKE
2 1/2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
4 egg yolks
(beat whites stiff and separately)
1 1/2 cups Wesson oil
1 cup crushed pineapple and juice
2 tbsp boiling water
Beat well. Add the 4 egg whites, I cup nuts (pecans) and 1/4 cup coconut
mix above ingredients and bake 1 hour in tube pan at 350
