WV NEWSPAPER BLACKBERRY CAKE
3 c All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 c raisins
1 c chopped pecans
2 sticks butter- room temp
2 cups blackberries with juice
3 eggs
mix all dry ingredients set aside. Cream butter and sugar.
add eggs one at a time
milk
add berries and milk
Add mixture to dry ingredients bake in tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour until done.
