WILLA’S CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE

6 Eggs

3 Cups Sugar

2 8oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)

3 sticks butter or margarine (softened)

1 tsp. vanilla

3 cups all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 325 .

Spray Bundt pan with pam or grease with shortening and lightly flour.

Beat eggs add sugar cream cheese and margarine and vanilla, beat with mixer till smooth. Add flour. Beat till smooth. Mixture will be thick.

Put into pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Icing is optional – doesn’t really need it.

Combine Confectionary sugar with small amount of milk until mixture is smooth. Drizzle over cake.
