WILLA’S COCONUT CUSTARD PIE

RECIPE AND PHOTO SUBMITTED BY: Willa Ellison (My Mother in law)

2 cups coconut

1 1/2-2 cups sugar

1 can evaporated milk

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla or orange flavoring

3/4 cup melted butter

Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 regular unbaked pie shells

Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until center is set
