Put the frozen duck into a crockpot that has about 16 oz. of water and about 2 T. of worcestershire sauce in it. Put it on high for 5 1/2 to 6 hours. If your bird is thawed you will probably only need to cook it 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

The sauce kills the birds wild taste and the moist method of roasting keeps the bird very tender. Can use the same sauce on a goose but because of the size will have to cook in an oven just make sure the goose is well covered. A goose takes only 3 hours if thawed. Be sure and not over cook.
