White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

 

1 1/2 cups of butter, softened

1 (8-oz) package of cream cheese, softened

2 (1-oz) squares white chocolate, melted and cooled

1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

4 1/2 – 5 cups of confestioners’ sugar 

In large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese on medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in white chocolate and lemon juice until combined. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
