WHIPPED CREAM ICING

5 Tbsp flour

1 cup milk

1/2 cup crisco

1/2 cup margarine

1 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla

over double boiler , mix flour and milk cook until thick, add vanilla cool, add shortening and margarine

whip and add sugar , spread.

this icing is so good on chocolate cake with coconut. It must be kept cool in fridge though.
