SERENA’S VENISON VEGETABLE MELODY SOUP
in large crockpot first add
a little water
2 beef bullion cubes
1 roast of venison
small onion chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
4 stalks celery chopped
salt and pepper
let this cook in crock pot on high (low if your going to do it over night before bed) until meat begins to fall apart..
add chunks of potatoes can let them cook in crock pot to soften or you can just add already softened potatoes to save time
now add 1 quart of green beans
add 1 quart of canned venison WITH broth
1 quart of canned tomatoes
1 can of sweet yellow corn
1 regular can of Hunts Tomato Puree
salt and pepper again
stir. taste broth and add some texas pete hot sauce to your taste..( I add a little for depth )
let simmer to get all flavors melded together and
add some boiled macaroni noodles and turn off crock pot.. serve with corn bread
