Vanilla Icing:
1/3 c. butter
2 c. icing sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Beat ingredients together. Spread on top of brownies. Cut into squares.
*TIP* Drizzle melted semi-sweet chocolate over frosted brownies for a more decorative effect!
