Steak, Pasta, and Spinach Parmesan: grilled steak, pasta, spinach, tomato, red pepper, onion, and garlic, drizzled and tossed with olive oil…yummy!

Simple: grilled a small patio steak in an iron grill-style skillet, while the penne cooked, put tomato, garlic (onion sliced), onion, red pepper in small pan with olive oil, beginning with the garlic and onion and adding the pepper and tomato (accordingly), drained penne, sliced steak into thin strips, added to the garlic and veggie mixture, then the penne and parm…stirred all together under low heat…awesome and good for you too!
