Valerie’s Awesome New York Style Cheesecake..

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
5 packages (8oz) cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cups sour cream

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter and then press onto the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan, bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

In a seperate bowl combine softened cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended, then blend in sour cream. Pour over the crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run a small knife around the rim to loosen the cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
