1) 4 cups shreaded ( precook or leftovers) trukey dark and white,

in botton 9×13 cake pan 

2) In sauce pan heat

2 cans crean of chicken (or Cream of Mushroom)

1 cont sour cream (16 oz )

pour over turkey 

3) in large bowl crush 2 rolls of ritz crackers

pour 1 stick of melted butter in crackers, pour over cream soup 

4) bake 30 minutes at 350* 

 

Works great with 4 chicken breast also.
