1 lb hamburger 1/2 cup tortellini (I buy the packaged kind in most cheese cases) 1/4 cup diced onion 1 cup green beans (I buy the fresh one’s in the produce dept) 1/2 cup canned tomato w basil 1/2 cup black beans. Ahead of time, fry and drain hamburger, place in fridge for 4-8hrs, remove and pull or scrape fat away (rinse thoroughly) set aside. Rinse and snap green beans, place in microwave safe container with onion and cover with water, lightly salt, microwave, covered for 5 minutes. Set aside. In sauce pan, on stove, place tortellini in boiling water, just enough to cover, when hot, drain, add tomato, and black beans with hamburger to sauce pan. allow to heat on medium temp. Drain green beans and onion, add to sauce pan and stir. Serves 4-5.
