I cook a pork roast in the crockpot. Then make some baked potatoes. Cut them in half scoop out some of the potato. Then cook some bacon cut it up after cooked. Stuff the potato with the meat top with bacon and cheese and BBQ sauce. The stick under the broiler till melted so good one of my family favorite.
