THREE LAYER ICE BOX PEANUT BUTTER PIE

2 graham cracker crust

1st layer

1 8 oz cream cheese

1 1/2 c granulated sugar

1 c self rising flour

1 egg

2 Tbsp butter

vanilla (clear if you have it, if not fine it will just not be as white)

mix till creamy and spread half in bottom of one shell and other half in the other graham cracker shell

bake the two bottom layers at 350 for 15 minutes it will puff up a little

let cool before adding second layer

for second layer -mix-

1 8oz cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

add in 1 cup peanut butter

fold in 1 8 oz cool whip

Pour even amount onto each pie over the first layers

third and final layer-

melted chocolate chips poured over the tops

place lid on and place in freezer to firm up until completely set.
