Taco Soup

2 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion ( used 1/2 tbsp dried onion)
Garlic Salt to taste (1 – 2 tsp) – optional
28 oz crushed tomatoes
16 oz diced tomatoes (with onions)
16 oz pinto beans (with onions)
16 oz kidney beans
1 can corn (niblets)
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing (HV Fiesta Ranch)

Brown ground beef with onion; drain grease.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot and simmer on low all day or on high for 4-5 hours.
Serve with Fritos, sour cream, salsa, or shredded cheese.
Enjoy!
