Sweet Potato Casserole
Peel & cook 3-4 Large , sweet potatoes
1/3 c milk
2 eggs beaten
1 C Sugar
1/2 butter
1 tsp vanilla
(I add a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon) recipe does not call for it
Topping
1/2c Brown sugar
2 1/2 tbs butter
1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 c chopped pecans
(again I add add cinnamon and sugar, shaking over top of the casserole then add some white sugar too to my topping and mix till crumbly )
Combine all ingredients except topping, pour in a quart casserole dish after mixing well. Mix and sprinkle topping over potatoes bake 350 for 35 -40 min best in metal long pan
