Sweet and Spicy Chicken
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Ginger fresh chopped
2 Tsp Garlic chopped
2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
4 Chicken breast halves cut into 1 inch strips
1 Tbsp Oil
In a bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic and hot sauce set aside. Salt and pepper chicken. Heat oil in skillet add chicken brown on both sides. Pour sauce over chicken simmer 10 minutes serve over rice.
