3 lbs beef chuck roast

Salt and pepper

2 red bell peppers cut into strips

1 cup chili sauce

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 75 ounce packet of sweet and sour seasoning mix

Make steamed rice (optional)

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Cut into 1 1/23 inch pieces.

Place in slow cooker. In a med bowl, combine bell peppers, chili sauce, onion and sweet and sour seasoning mix.

Spoon over roast.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or till done..

Serve over steamed white rice and scallions
