1 c. sugar

1/2 c. water

1/3 c. corn syrup (light)

1/4 tsp. oil flavor

Combine sugar, water and corn syrup. Cook to hard crack, 300 degrees. Remove from heat. Add flavoring and food coloring. Stir approximately 2 minutes. Pour into greased molds arranged on a cookie sheet.

Assemble molds and sticks and place on a cookie sheet. Spray inside of molds and cookie sheet with Pam. Place cookie sheets with prepared molds in freezer. 

Cook candy according to recipe above. When it reaches hard crack remove from heat, add flavoring and color and stir. Pour hot candy into cooled molds. 

If candy should harden before it is all poured, place over low heat to soften again. Allow to cool (or place in refrigerator for faster cooling and remove from molds). Cover with bags.
