STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Preheat oven to 350
Ingredients
16 oz. button mushrooms
8oz. Cream cheese softened
2 TBSP. margarine softened
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup onion minced
1/3 cup ham minced
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
2 slices of bread or ½ cup plain bread crumbs
¼ tsp. of garlic powder
Wash and de-stem mushrooms place mushrooms in a cold bowl of water. In a medium bowl mix
cream cheese, margarine and garlic powder mix with a fork. Add onions and ham mix well.
Add Worcestershire sauce mix.
Add bread crumbs if using bead place bread between hands and rub together stale bread works better than fresh and heel do the best .
With a spoon fill the mushrooms place them in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until the tops start to brown.
