1/2 lb pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
1 baked 9″ pie shell
1 qt fresh strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup water
few drops red food coloring
Blend together the cream cheese and milk. Whip fluffy. Spread half of mixture on the bottom of pie shell. Top with half of strawberries. cut remaining berries in half . Combine sugar cornstarch water add remaining strawberries and cook till thick. stir constantly add red food coloring. mix well. pour into pie shell CHILL decorate with remaining cream cheese mixture with star tip.
