Stewed Cabbage
Cut cabbage chunky and place in pan, salt and pepper, drizzle 2 tbls olive oil over, add 2 cups water. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently until tender but not over cooked lifting lid as little as possible.
