SQUIRREL DUMPLINGS

take at least… two to three squirrels… I boiled them… took off the meat..salt and peppered it…. saved the broth.. added 2 cans of chicken broth .. one can of cream… 1 stick of butter and let it boil with the meat… took in a bowl and mixed up 3 cups of self rising flour.. and added a bit of oil…. dropped into the boiling pot and put lid on for 10 minutes on simmer. DONT PEAK TILL TIME IS UP>…. then took 3 tbsp of cornstarch and added to water in a cup then poured into the pot to make gravy thicker… very very delicious… people would think it was turkey almost….
