10c diced squash

2 diced sweet peppers

1 large onion diced

1tbsp mustard seed

1tbsp celery seed

3c sugar

3c vinegar

Soak squash, onion, pepper in salt water (1/2 gallon-1/2 tsp of salt) for an hour and a half. Drain, add spices, sugar, an vinegar. Bring to rolling boil and put into hot jars to seal. I put cayenne peppers in mine 🙂 yummy
