1 lb squash

1 large onion

1/4 c. butter

2 eggs

1 cup grated cheese

8-10 crackers crumbled

1/2 c. milk

salt & pepper 

Cook squash, with onion.

Drain, mash with potatoe masher.

add butter, stir til melfted.

Add remaining ingredients.

Put in cassarole dish, sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
