Spanish Enchiladas 

1 15 oz can Hunts tomato sauce

1 garlic clove

1 doz corn tortillas

1 sm onion chopped

1 1/2 lbs hamburger browned

2 c shredded cheddar cheese

1 c Hormel chili without beans 

Have all ingredients chopped and in individual containers. Combine tomato sauce chili and garlic and any other seasonings you may like.

Brown tortillas in hot oil 10 sec on each side. Dip tortillas in tomato and chili sauce add handful of meat onion and cheese roll tortilla shell s closed and place closed ends on the bottom place in a 9x 13 baking dish place leftover hamburger meat onion sauce and cheese on top bake at 400 for 15 min serves 6
